Scope of Work: 

Kawneer Clearwall System, Exterior Bronze Storefront, Interior Nickel Silver Storefront, Glass Railing, Aluminum Windows and Brake Metal Panels

Project Highlights:

• Bronze Storefront
  • AFI furnished and installed 525 sqft of Hopes Window Bronze Storefronts, including 1” insulated glass units. As well as over sought the finishing of the material to a custom color.
• Nickel Silver Storefronts
  • AFI furnished and installed 504 sqft of custom-made nickel silver cladded steel storefront system, including 9/16” laminated glass units
• Aluminum Windows
  • AFI furnished and installed 79 sqft of 3250 Retro Wausau window systems with custom aluminum trim.
• Clearwall Curtain Wall System
  • AFI furnished, fabricated and installed 74 sqft of Kawneer Clearwall System including 1” insulated glass units. Including the installation of insulated metal panels.
• Glass Railing
  • AFI furnished and installed 150 lf of 9/16” laminated glass railing with stainless steel cladded shoe and stainless-steel railing at stairs. As well as a wall mounted stainless steel railing.
• Stainless Steel Railing
  • AFI furnished and installed 108 lf of stainless steel railing at the interior main entry stairs and ramp.
• Revolving Door and Balance Door Installation
  • AFI furnished (2) crane Revolving doors and (2) Ellison Balance doors with hardware and (1) door with M-force operator.
• Brake Metal Panel
  • AFI furnished, fabricated and installed66 sqft of bronze aluminum wall panels.
• Bronze Floor Grilles
  • AFI furnished and installed 46 lf of bronze floor grilles for at the main entry.
