Scope of Work: 

Kawneer Curtain Wall System, 190 Narrow & 500 wide stile doors, Glass Entrances & Partitions and Decorative Glass Panels.

Project Highlights:

• Curtain Wall System
  • AFI furnished, fabricated, and installed approximately 20,310 sqft of Kawneer 1600 System 4-sided SS 2-1/2×7-1/4 Sightline including 1” insulated glass units and 1” insulated spandrel units. As well as finished brake metal trim, glazed in louvers and Thermafiber UL rated curtain wall systems.
• Door Installation
  • AFI furnished, applied hardware, and installed 11 pairs of 190 narrow stile doors, as well as 4 pairs and 3 singles of 500 wide stile doors into new curtain wall system.
• Glass Entrances & Partitions
  • AFI furnished and installed approximately 3,500 sqft of 1/2” clear tempered glass with 4” top rails and 6” bottom rails. We furnished, applied hardware, and installed 17 pairs and 1 single leaf of 1/2” clear tempered glass doors with 4” custom frit white circles on doors and sidelites.
• Decorative Glass Panels
  • AFI furnished and installed 240 sqft of custom glass panels. Which included custom Bendheim glass with a custom extruded interlocking panel system.
• Restore Work on Subway Doors
  • AFI restored and added new hardware to 6 existing stainless steel subway doors at 194 level. We also repaired the existing stainless-steel frames.
• Custom Stainless-Steel Pieces
  • AFI furnished fabricated and installed a custom monitor display case out of non-directional stainless steel and ¼” tempered glass. Custom non- directional stainless-steel cladding on the bus level directory and custom non- directional stainless steel portal cladding, Fire hose cabinet and vending machine trim.
• Glass
  • AFI furnished and installed 90 sqft of 1/4” wire glass
