AFI maintains the highest level of safety in-house and at all job sites. It’s easy for companies to say that safety is a priority, but quite another thing to maintain a workplace that ensures this.
AFI employees undergo extensive training on each piece of specialized equipment.
Dependent on their job needs, AFI employees are trained in either a 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA safety course, with refresher courses twice a year.
AFI’s in-house Safety Coordinator oversees compliance of all safety regulations in the company, both in-house and on-site. The Safety Coordinator sets up additional safety courses as needed.
Our Plant Manager and Field Foremen conduct weekly “Toolbox Talk” meetings with their teams, reviewing safety guidelines and keeping the well-being of our workers and all on-site personnel top of mind.
